Probably not since she had an exclusive contract with MGM from 1937-1950. The only film she made for Warners was A Star is Born in 1954 which, by all accounts, was during one of her sober periods. It was, also, her only oscar nomination. Probably not a coincidence.
And probably no vomit.
Maybe she got some bad tuna at the commisary...
